Death Cause
Akanksha was discovered dead, hanging from a fan, in a hotel room on March 26, 2023. Although there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs in her body, the postmortem investigation revealed that there was 20 milliliters of an unknown liquid. Her wrists showed obvious evidence of damage, and the mucous membrane of her stomach was obstructed.
Two persons have been identified by Akanksha’s mother Madhu Dubey as being accountable for her daughter’s untimely death. Her relatives accused Samar Singh and Sanjay Singh of killing Akanksha. The family of the late actress has expressed suspicions of foul play, and her attorney Shashank Shekhar Tripathi has claimed that Akanksha was murdered.
